The iron head adopts imported oxygen free copper as the raw material, which has large heat storage and rapid heat conduction, and is not easy to produce faulty welding. The body has a long life and is not easy to age.
The shape is processed by special molding machine, with accurate size, which will not lead to faulty welding due to too large solder joints; or the soldering iron head is large enough to touch the surrounding components.
The lead-free alloy ferroelectric coating is dense, not easy to fall off, and has a long service life;
The surface of the product is treated with special materials and the tip is tinned to ensure that the body is not blackened due to high temperature.
The normal use is 350 degree welding, and the service life is about 30000-35000 solder joints. According to the size of the solder joint, the temperature of the iron head and the content of the tin line, the service life is slightly different.
Be careful not to use sandpaper or file to process the front end. Please use anhydrous iron sponge or cleaning ball for normal cleaning. Don't knock on the table.
Note that when there is no welding work, please close the welding table or lower the temperature to extend the service life of the iron head.
